Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Store Credit & Refunds

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit, unless otherwise specified.

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on ZOCOTOWN.

  • In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zocotown@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
